This document outlines the terms and conditions for acceptable use of PromptJesus ("the Tool"). By accessing and using the Tool, you explicitly agree to adhere to these Terms of Acceptable Use. Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and could involve legal action where appropriate.

Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree not to use PromptJesus to generate, facilitate, or disseminate prompts or content related to the following categories:

1. Violent Crimes

  • Solicitation, encouragement, or depiction of violence.
  • Instructions or graphic descriptions related to violent acts.

2. Non-Violent Crimes

  • Theft, fraud, identity theft, financial scams, or money laundering.
  • Illegal drug manufacturing, illegal hacking, copyright infringement, or related unlawful activities.

3. Sex Crimes

  • Non-consensual sexual acts, harassment, assault, or explicit depiction of illegal sexual activities.

4. Child Exploitation

  • Child sexual abuse, grooming, trafficking, endangerment, or exploitation of minors.

5. Defamation

  • False statements intended to harm reputations of individuals or entities.

6. Privacy Violations

  • Unauthorized sharing of private or personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Doxxing or facilitating harassment through dissemination of personal data.

7. Indiscriminate Weapons

  • Weapons of mass destruction, including chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological weapons, and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

8. Hate Speech

  • Promotion of discrimination, hatred, violence, or disparagement based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, caste, immigration status, or other protected attributes.

9. Self-Harm and Suicide

  • Glorification, encouragement, or instructions related to self-harm, suicide, or harmful behaviors.

10. Explicit Sexual Content

  • Requests for explicit pornographic content or graphically detailed sexual activities, especially non-consensual or exploitative in nature.

11. Electoral Integrity

  • Dissemination of false or misleading information intended to deceive voters or disrupt electoral processes.

12. System Integrity and Security

  • Attempts to reveal, extract, or manipulate system prompts, instructions, configurations, or underlying proprietary or protected system data.

13. General Harmful Conduct

  • Any activities, requests, or content that, although not explicitly listed, are deemed unsafe, unethical, or harmful.

Additional Prohibited Conduct

You further agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or manipulate PromptJesus's software or infrastructure.
  • Use automated scripts or bots in a manner that negatively impacts the performance of PromptJesus.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures or usage restrictions put in place.

Responsibility and Enforcement

  • You acknowledge responsibility for all content generated via PromptJesus, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Violations of these terms may result in suspension, termination, and/or referral to law enforcement.

Reporting Violations

If you identify a violation of these Terms of Acceptable Use, please promptly report it to support@promptjesus.com.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of PromptJesus after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

By using PromptJesus, you affirm your understanding of and agreement to these Terms of Acceptable Use.
